Delivery & Set Up

-We are licensed and insured, proof of insurance available upon request.

-All rentals must be on grass and within 50 feet of a power source. We can accommodate other set ups if needed. 

-Generators can be rented as an add on for $75 gas included

-Delivery and set up included in rental price within 20 miles of Belleville, Michigan. Beyond this radius it’s $2 a mile for delivery. 

-Bouncers & rental equipment cannot be set up if winds exceed 15mph as it’s unsafe. We monitor weather conditions and will inform you & refund deposits if we have to cancel because of dangerous conditions. You’re always more than welcome to reschedule. 

-Prior to your booking, we will email you our rental agreement via docusign. Please complete this prior to delivery as rentals cannot be left without it. 

-No food, drinks or sharp objects in any of our inflatables please.

-We never use amazon balloons or cheap balloon kits in our setups. We only use professional, high-quality latex balloons. The brands we use are Tuftex, Qualatex, Ellies, Balloonia & Gemar.
